Baby Yoga is a playful movement class designed for your baby. Through gentle stretches, songs and sensory play, you'll support your baby's growing confidence as they prepare for exciting new physical milestones. Over this four-week course, you'll learn a series of baby yoga flows that nurture your baby's physical and emotional development while encouraging curiosity, connection and joyful play. Although the yoga is for the babies, there'll also be time for some gentle movement and mindful breathing for you, alongside the chance to connect with other new mums in a relaxed and welcoming space. Baby Yoga is best suited to babies from around 4 months until the early crawling stages. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. All sessions and events must be booked in advance, and spaces are kept intentionally small to create a supportive, intimate environment. Cancellations & Changes Bookings are non-refundable. If you’re no longer able to attend please get in touch. If you or your baby are unwell where possible I will try to offer your place to someone on the waiting list or transfer your booking to a future session, course, or retreat. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or make significant changes, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date Courses (e.g. Baby Massage Blocks) When booking a multi-week course, your space is reserved for the full duration. Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, but I will always try to share anything you’ve missed where I can. Minimum Numbers Some sessions and events require a minimum number of participants to run. If this isn’t met, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer.
