A space where you can bring your whole self (and your baby!). Find connection and community with other new mothers while supporting your maternal wellbeing through gentle creative journaling exercises. Themes include: Shifting identities Your relationship to your body Harnessing self compassion Yourself as mother Discovering your creative voice Course Details 📅 Dates: Thursday 22nd January - Thursday 12th February ⏰ Time: 10:30am - 11:30am 📍 Venue: Tallo, Watergate Rd, Newquay TR7 3LX (heaps of free parking) 💷 Price: £50 for the four week block (includes a hot drink at at each session, your own maternal journal and all crafting material) Babes in arms are welcome.
