A space where you can bring your whole self (and your baby!). Find connection & community with other new mothers and support your maternal wellbeing. Themes include: Shifting identities Your relationship to your body Harnessing self compassion Yourself as mother Discovering your creative voice Saltd Cafe, 6 Station Parade, Newquay TR7 2NF £10 per session Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm
