Baby massage is a wonderful way to facilitate bonding with your baby, it promotes relaxation and good restful sleep and can ease common issues such as colic, gas and constipation. Over this three week course you will learn a full body massage routine, find connection and community with other new parents, carve out dedicated time to bond with your baby and tend to your own nervous system in a calming, supportive and welcoming environment.
